The “MAX Permanent Program”
Silent Systems Inc. takes the Power of the Internet
and supporting technologies to deliver a more cost effective Permanent
Employment delivery system. We call this our “MAX Permanent
Program (MPP).” We can identify, qualify, and deliver highly
qualified candidates for your permanent employment opportunities
more cost effectively than traditional recruitment companies.
The “MAX Permanent Program” offers a “MAX” 25%
of the candidate’s first year hiring salary service fee and
commitment to our cost efficient policy. The terms for this benefit are simple.
Once the candidate is accepted and begins work, we invoice you after
30 days with 30 day payment terms. The “MAX” Permanent
Program guarantees the candidate for 60 days, if for any reason
the candidate voluntarily resigns or is discharged with cause within
60 days of the date hired the “MAX” Program will refund
the full amount or replace the candidate, this is always the clients
choice. The “MAX Permanent Program” is simple and
cost effective. Should you find our services beneficial and
utilize them on a regular basis, volume discounts are available
